Workflow B: alternative query structures for B.1 three-hop

This issue is to consider alternative query structures for the three-hop B.1 query. Possibilites that were suggested during the Sept 2021 mini-relay session include:

• Replace DiseaseOrPhenotypicFeature with Disease OR Phenotypic Feature
• Replace Gene with Protein
• Remove Gene node entirely
• Replace biolink:related_to with biolink:treats or biolink:prevents

Suggestions were also made to continue work on the former B.5 and B.6 queries. For instance,

• DILI - DiseaseOrPhenotypicFeature - [set of five genes associated with increased susceptibility to DILI]
• Drugs associated with DILI - Gene - ChemicalEntity

Note that the B.5 and B.6 work would be for after the Dec demo.
