InnateDB

Website: https://www.innatedb.com/index.jsp

High-level description of data source(s): InnateDB is a publicly available database of the genes, proteins, experimentally-verified interactions and signaling pathways involved in the innate immune response of humans, mice and bovines to microbial infection. The database captures an improved coverage of the innate immunity interactome by integrating known interactions and pathways from major public databases together with manually-curated data into a centralised resource.

Example record: GZMB is involved in a cleavage reaction with TUBA1A

License/restrictions: The bottom of their webpages say:

InnateDB curated interactions are licensed under the Design Science License. All other data is licensed under the terms of the originating database. Contact: innatedb-mail@sfu.ca

Note: The About page states that "InnateDB is a member of the International Molecular Exchange Consortium (IMEx)". At least some of InnateDB's data is likely submitted to IMEx, which is open-source / open-data.
