Note for next doc update

There are a couple of file names that were casualties when all model_mod.rst were renamed to readme.rst

./assimilation_code/modules/assimilation/assim_readme.rst (assim_model_mod.rst)
./assimilation_code/modules/assimilation/obs_readme.rst (obs_model_mod.rst)

diagnostic documentation rst file needs work #204

how-does-output-differ-from-input-increments.rst

is badly out-of-date and all the content from the Manhattan:docs/pages/Diagnostics.md (the source of the .rst content)
did not transfer. None of the images are located, the dump of the membermetadata does not match the text, etc.
