Yes - I've already checked

🐛 Describe the bug

When I perform numerous queries, the counts do not add up on the facets. Also, I am unable to select >1 facet at a time.

🕵️ Expected behavior

The counts to match.

After poking some more it appears this is a faceting count issue

Update to append collapse for versions

* Instead of default, add collapse as append to all queries to ensure it works for faceting
* Rename `/select` request handler to `/all` to return all versions of all products
* Add `collapse` functionality to `/select` request handler since this endpoint cannot be configured in SolrJ, and is needed by ds-view
