Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open setting panel
  2. Enable crash reporting and/or telemetry.
  3. Restart FxR
  4. Open settings panel

Current Behavior

Crash reporting and telemetry will show as being off, even if they are enabled.

Expected Behavior

Crash reporting and telemetry switches should accurately reflect the state of the feature.
