  1. Copy source code of Foundation homepage
  2. Validate it using online tools like https://validator.w3.org/nu/

There a quite a few of validation errors that we should fix. For this ticket I'm gonna get the following site wide UI breaking errors addressed first (e.g., missing/mixmatched tags).
