TLDR: on tramstation, hitting the clear floor plating on the shipbreaking console prevents new ships from being called in because it summons a bunch of unremovable sand in the shipbreaking area.

I was doing shipbreaking, got a small ship with 30 pieces of plasma, a plasma tank, and air canister, and 3 computers at the front. I destroyed most of the walls and windows, then hit the clear floor plating button. This sand cover all the places except for the few walls remaining (these areas were exposed to space), I cleared those walls and everything else, hit the button again, and now the entire thing was sand, I cleared the area of all debris, went to the shipbreaking console, and tried to call in a ship, and it denied me, saying the normal object in the way error message. I asked an admin about it, and they said they could not remove the sand because it would just come back right after. I had the sand issue yesterday on tram as well, with a much larger ship that had 3 laser guns and a safe.
