Reproduction:

When using Binary Translator Key I am unable to speak on AI Private radio channel. :o command works to pop up the radio channel, but when entered it does that actually communicate on that channel. Still able to hear from AI Private, just unable to speak on it.

It's for talking in binary chat, essentially silicon's metacomm. AI private is an old OLD freq that long served it's purpose ages ago. you can access binary chat with :b
