Reproduction:

both the floral somatray and botagenic shears dont do shit when used on a plant, the floral somatray fails to do what it's supposed to do and same thing with the botagenic shears, just haven no effect or pop up.

Not a bug, wasn't designed into our iteration of botany. And the one that knows the system doesnt work on our code anymore. This is a wontfix because of that reason alone. If someone turns up thats wants to fix it, they are welcome to reopen this issue.
