As chaplain if you join midround and go to the altar and try and pick a sect you will be unable to do so simply saying "you are not the high priest" additionally the bible you start with wiill not be able to be reskinned

Feature, though if the originating chaplain cryos out, it is supposed to reset everything... and I guess it TECHNICALLY DOES...

But the replacement chaplain should get marked with holy_person = 3 or whatever it was on the mind datum of the replacement. Hard to account for because we dont want the latest chap in an overflow to wipe out who the actual high priest is.
