Reproduction:

When combining dank vessicles and densified chemicals I encountered a potency cap of 100u, I am unsure if this occurs with just densified chems or not, either way it limits the amount of chems in the plant to under the raised cap.

It may be specifically related to splicing. Splicing doesn't cap your reagent limit, but caps your potency at 100 with some plants.
