Reproduction:

1. Trigger a bear trap and get it stuck on your leg.
2. Someone does a tier 3 grab on you.
3. That someone is now crit from an extra sensory paranoia ghost, they released the grab.
4. Become unable to move or use your hands.

Easily fixable in-game by getting someone else to do another tier 3 grab and releasing you
