Sphinx search function failing #140

The Sphinx search function appears to be broken and hangs when searching through the working practices. Could potentially be a Sphinx dependency/version issue, since we recently updated the WPs to build with Sphinx to 6.2.1 (was previously 4.5.0, see #134).

This was fixed by switching theme to pydata where the search function seems to be working.
