for the people error occured about "pip install -v -e ."

I used cuda 11.7 torch 1.10 (stable version)
but I got error in that version
i reinstall torch 1.7.1 version not cuda change
it's not stable version torch and cuda but it's working !!!!

sorry.. it's reinstall torch 1.1.0 in pip install -v -e .

you can approach in docker ubuntu
and you have to install conda and it will resolve
(you will have to install cuda before pip install - v - e .)

不要按照这个安装环境，直接按照mmdetetction的安装环境再运行pip install - v - e .
