PDP Faceoff deluxe wired (Switch controller) Not working. weird inputs

I created a config file and it recognises it as a controller but it thinks that the dpad is constantly being pressed up and both sticks are being held to the top left. And pressing the face buttons does nothing nor pressing any other button on the controller

Is there a way that I can get the config file to your pdp controller?

I recently got an afterglow switch controller and it doesn't work in hid to vpad. It doesn't even work in the hid to vpad test.
