Migrate from Oracle Cloud?

Currently, we are in the Arm Accelerator program from Oracle. We've used those credits to deploy various things to serve Manim Community. The subscription/trial is about to end in 29 days; this discussion is to discuss what to do further.

Services Currently Hosted

A list of things hosted there are:

1. GitHub self-hosted runners - There are two self-hosted runners running. They are running Linux on ARM for testing Manim on ARM infrastructure. Each runner is on separate instances, each with 4 OCPU and 24GB of RAM.
2. Modmail Discord Bot - this is the bot which helps with moderation on Discord. It has a website accompanying it. The bot and the website are on a single instance. (Instance config: 4 OCPU and 24GB RAM).
3. Manim Website API - https://github.com/manimCommunity/manim-website-api - A flask app used to serve Awesome Manim. We are using a hosted version of MySQL DB from Oracle and an instance to host the website. (Instance config: 4 OCPU and 24GB RAM)

Possible solutions

• Renew the subscription. Not sure if we can renew it, but contacting Oracle support is an option.
• Host it on another Cloud: not sure how much it'll cost, but running the self-hosted runners could be expensive (suggestions for alternatives welcome).
