Updating with Cloudflare usage breaks the ELB Proxy Protocol #14

After updating and putting Cloudflare in front of the ELB, the client's real IPs are not there anymore. The ELB Proxy protocol was suppose to handle this but it seems something with Cloudflare breaks this.

Similar to this issue:

After a change like this, the system has to be checked again. The client didnt know this broke for a long while.

Items like these also needs to be checked during any type of infra changes.

Possibly can launch this echo-server: https://github.com/ManagedKube/kubernetes-ops/tree/master/kubernetes/helm/http-echo

Then curl it to make sure the headers returned are as expected and the IPs real-ips are as expected as well.
