Receive failed messages with percentage on Android when transferring files

This usually happens when connecting from PC to Android fails for the first time, then by tapping Retry button the transfer begins.

Also since Receive failed is not a silent notification, it'll keep vibrating and making sounds on each percentage update.

Expected behavior: "Receive failed" notification should get cleared, and a usual silent "Receiving" notification gets appeared on the notification center.
