Testing

I have done most of the tutorial in the branch https://github.com/xylar/compass/tree/add-yam-mesh. The tests run successfully through performance_test. I will finish testing dynamic_adjustment and files_for_e3sm soon.

Update: * tested dynamic_adjustment in several segments (and updated the tutorial with an error that occurred) and then files_for_e3sm. They all pass successfully. Looking at CFLNumberGlobal suggests that the time step is very conservative for this particular mesh.
