Hi Matt,

In the punitive versus preventive strategy table, in the row "People keep driving around with broken tail lights," the preventive strategy cites an article from KARE11 station: "Police pull drivers over to hand out help, not tickets". As of now (2023-08-16T10:09+00:00), it appears that the entire kare11.com website is down.
