The HSI class needs to load in an excel file to be used in the blue crab HSI calculations for SI-1. The file is called "seine_bluecrab_gamm_table_1dec.xlsx" and can be found at https://rec.egnyte.com/navigate/file/7864a701-6f2a-4d03-8611-845f3661d6af .
