Problem installing fixtures

Hi, I was setting up the project and loading initial data for models. I encountered the following error on running
$ python3 saskatoon/manage.py loaddata saskatoon/fixtures/saskatoon.json

harvest.models.DoesNotExist: Problem installing fixture '/Users/rupanshijain/Documents/projects/saskatoon-
ng/saskatoon/fixtures/saskatoon.json': Property matching query does not exist.

Could someone please tell me what is possibly causing this issue?

Hello @rdotjain,

Did you applied all migrations to your database? I feel like this is the cause of your issue.

@tristanlatr I think this is a real issue.

When I fetch the latest code from the develop branch and try to load the fixture, it shows the same error to me.

But when I checkout ebc6660b5c996463245472eb294161df38cc33bd (my changes that were merged where I updated this fixture manually), it does work.

Herenotify_pending_status_update from saskatoon/harvest/signals.py is throwing an error which was modified in this merge. Could this be the issue for this?

Well, yes, looking at the whole trace definitely points us to the right direction. Thanks, so we should add a test that checks if the fixtures can be installed correctly.

I cannot reproduce it right now

I get

But maybe I'm missing something.

Here are the steps I'm following,

1. Clone saskatoon-ng
2. Checkout develop branch
3. Create new virtual environment and activate
4. Install dependencies with pip install .
5. Setup .env file
6. Apply migrations with python saskatoon/manage.py migrate --skip-checks
7. saskatoon/manage.py loaddata saskatoon/fixtures/saskatoon.json
