Error 1193 when referring to UIs that have latched controls

If I load a VI as UI that has latched controls (e.s. stop button), I get 1193 error message when running the engine.

This shouldn't be singe the latched control is not mapped to any tag on module configuration.

This is an easy bug to fix in validate control references.vi.
Problem is that it reads variant data for type for all controls even if they are not mapped.
So you get the error. Should only get variant for type if required.
