Table API - Tag Mapping Filter Updates

The filter for the right click mapping menu should be set to "Update while typing" so the results are filtered instantaneously rather than having the user click out of the box.

It would also be nice to include a checkbox that filters out tags that already have a reader if attempting to map a "from tagbus" channel. I've noticed that with projects with large numbers of tags, most tags only have one reader anyways. This would greatly simplify mapping and reduce mapping errors.

I'm happy to implement the changes if anyone else thinks this is a good idea.
