Troubleshooting

Authentication/Oauth2 Issues

• Verify your Client ID and Secret are correct
• Ensure your redirect URI is correctly set - unless deafult_config or my have been removed from your config.yaml use https://my.home-assistant.io/redirect/oauth
• Check login credentials, use app login not dev login

Device Not Found

• Confirm the device is properly connected to your U-tec account
• Verify the device is online and accessible
• Account creation can take a few days before proper API functionality - resulting in API 500 response
