<h3> Short Bib. </h3>
<p>
Kimio Kuramitsu is an Professor,
leading the Language Engineering Research Group at Japan Women's University.
His research interests are in the area of programming language design,
open data, ubiquitous and dependable computing.
He has received the Yamashita Memorial Research Award at IPSJ.
His pedagogical achievements include Konoha and Aspen,
the first programming exercise environment for novice students.
He earned his B. E. at the University of Tokyo,
and his Ph.D. at the University of Tokyo under the supervision of Prof. Ken Sakamura.
