Have a virtual 'basket' of courses

Specific sections can be added to the basket, and marked as 'maybe' or 'planing to take'
Basket would have a method to show all CRNs in an easy-to-copy list
Basket would have a method to filter all courses in table by schedule-compatible
Baskets should be persistent across refreshes (local storage)
