Hello,
I would like to ask why GLTF Export applies the rotation transformation to bones during export? Is there any way to disable this, so I can keep the transformations the same as in the import file? If it can be easily changed, which part of the source code is responsible for this?

Hello,
Please refer to the "bone dir" option at import, if you plan to re-export it.
See #1662 discussion to understand how and why it is working like that for now.
