[Bug]: Black screen over Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+ (steam app id: 1761390)

Description

Black screen over steam game: Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+ (steam app id: 1761390)

I can hear the menu music, and move around the menu but cant see anything..
My other steam games render everything, this game worked fine before on what I believe was 23.7.4 (probably remembering the name wrong) but that version isn't available anymore

Installed dxvk and multiple d3d versions but nothing fixed it, also tried adding them through winecfg

When I looked up if other people had the same problem (for different games) all I could find was it relating to DX10/DX11
