As the title mentions, I'm wondering if this is still actively being maintained?

Kieran Hardern resigned from his VATGOV position many months ago. Since there's not been any change to the respository in four years, and a new SSO provider for VATSIM is imminent, I shouldn't think it is or will become active.

It's not being maintained.

VATSIM is working on a new SSO system. @aidanstevens29 will (soon) be able to elaborate on that.
