manual mesh bed levelling not saving

Hi

My Ender 3v2 has the 4.2.2 board. I recently upgraded to Jyers 1.3.0 and it has been printing perfectly. Thank you.

Unfortunately it appears that the manual mesh is not saving. This is what happens.

(n.b I am using the 5x5 manual mesh version)

1. set manual mesh bed levelling (thankfully your code has the option to refer to the last saved mesh for that particular point so I am able to choose that instead). select save mesh once completing all 25 points
2. select object to print. The print is printed with no issues.
3. remove object
4. Turn off the printer

Please note that the following instruction has been added to the Start G-code section of the slicing software
M420 S1 ;Load Mesh Bed Level
(added immediately after G28)

5.Turn on printer
6. select object to print
The object is not printing correctly. You can see that the distance between the nozzle to the bed is higher when compared to the manual mesh

7. cancel the print and select manual mesh bed levelling
8. For each of the 25 points it reverts back to 0.2 height. It is here that I repeat step 1 for each of the 25 points
9. repeat print from step 7 (or choose any other object to print)
10. the object prints without issues.

I suspect that the manual mesh is saving provided that the machine is not powered off. As soon as it is powered off, left for a while and then turned back on, the manual mesh is reset.

Could it also be that the EEPROM has been disabled?
