Any configurations work with Mingda D2?

Do any of the configurations work with the Mingda D2? It uses a Marlin capable 32 bit STM32 ARM processor and a touch screen via non-standard ribbon cable. I assume it's an Extensible UI situation, as the company's source code for Marlin shows the display as EXTENSIBLE_UI under the 3rd party display options.

If it matters, the board is a Mingda MD D301 V1.0.
