Open boolean should follow state property values

The cobalt_finding entities have a state value which reflects the internal state of the Cobalt Findings UI:

wont_fix
pending_fix
fixed
etc

In J1, however, it is useful to filter Findings by their open boolean. Suggest setting open to false when status equals (wont_fix or fixed).
