Presumably something went wrong with the automation -- perhaps no DOCUMENTER_KEY is configured in the project? That would also fit with the "Documentater" CI jobs all failing, see e.g. https://github.com/JuliaDebug/JuliaInterpreter.jl/actions/runs/7018838977

The tag is still missing but subsequent releases worked fine, that's good enough for me.
