Create 3 acts per zone.

Zone 1 (Sunny Hill?)

  • act 1
  • act 2
  • act 3

Zone 2 (Wastelands?)

  • act 1

I haven't gotten around to making the 0.2 release in a while, for personal real life issues, but will hopefully be making more commits soon to clean this up, add a few decent default levels and finally get a second release out.
