Display of EDTF Level 1 unspecified digits dates is nonsensical

Currently:

200X displays as: unspecified year in 2000

20XX displays as: unspecified decade in 2000

Neither makes sense. And 20XX is specified as being at the year precision level, so would refer to a year, not a decade.

Suggested improved display:

200X -> unspecified year in range 2000 to 2009
20XX -> unspecified year in range 2000 to 2099

Things I considered and rejected:

• Change X to 0 and add an s. This works for something like 202X or 19XX, but both of the above examples get changed to unspecified year in the 2000s which is bad
• Using wording unspecified year between 2000 and 2009 but that then implies to the most literal part of my brain that the actual possible range is 2001-2008. And then my brain starts to melt and I start to consider starting a goat circus instead of ever thinking about these things again.
