Get Dataset - Add extra parameter to set or not the transform of html to markdown

Overview of the feature request

We have to add an additional parameter in the getDataset use case to configure whether we want the values of the metadata fields containing html to be transformed into markup or not.
For the Dataset page we want markup, but for the Edit Dataset page we do not.

What inspired the request?

IQSS/dataverse-frontend#499

What existing behavior do you want changed?

For backward compatibility, we will keep the default behavior of converting fields to markup.

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to js-dataverse?

Add the ability to not convert the fields to markdown.
