These were all found in Ubergraph:

  • http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCBIGene_
  • http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/HGNC_
  • http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/SGD_

We should look into where they're coming from and fix them in the source ontology.

These all come from PRO, and relate to the idspace issues discussed here: owlcs/owlapi#1072

These all seem to be correct in the PRO OWL file; I'll switch to that.
