Include fixing should check/update includePath field in iproj.json

• For include file fixing, on top of converting to UNIX style paths, it would be great if it could check if the beginning of the include path exists in the includePath field in iproj.json and then use relative paths in the source file accordingly
• If the same parent path is referenced in multiple include/copy directives (either in the same file or across multiple files) and it does not exist in the includePath, I think it would make sense if it got added to the includePath field in iproj.json and the relative path in the source file is used here as well
