ChatGPT-Next-Web has now been acquired, is the program being considered for independence?

I don't really know about ChatGPT-Next-Web it's focus independence or not, as far as I know it's kinda bad
even now I mostly focus on https://github.com/H0llyW00dzZ/GoGenAI-Terminal-Chat
which is independent and anti-claim/acquired since ChatGPT-Next-Web most versions have been released by Yidadaa, it is stable
