Dear Authors,
Your works looks very good.
However, is it really reproducible?
You have said in your abstract about code availability:

However, we can't find it. It is just an empty repository. Moreover, now your paper is accepted to KDD '24. Then why not still opening the code? If you were intended to not open the code, you should not have promised in your paper.

We hope that KDD'24 also had this check-point?

If you do not take further action on this matter regarding code availability, we will contact KDD authorities to take action on this.
