Using the EXE binary per the "Install for Windows" instructions from here : https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/terraformer/releases and attempting to import using the AzureRm provider.

• this appears to be a known bug for the Go build : Bug using the Azure Provider on Azure Bash Cloud Shell #654
  anyone else get this?
