Is chrome running tensorflow without our knowledge? #169

I tried running chrome this way:

__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia google-chrome

I am not sure if its even relevant. But then I saw this:

Created TensorFlow Lite XNNPACK delegate for CPU.

it created a delegate, but what is it doing there?
