As a DevSecOps engineer, for compliance purposes, I would like to create Building Blocks and migrate/update content for various controls.

Acceptance criteria:

System Security and Privacy plan (SSPP)

20240508: Based on discussion during the sprint planning, created a requirements document to capture changes to processes related CM control family.
20240509: Submit request for access to control provider's authorization documentation.
