Description

This PR fixes the GEOSadas build test in CI. This was exposed by #1506 and is due to changes in the develop branch of GEOSadas itself.

Related Issue

Motivation and Context

Keeps MAPL develop CI working with ADAS build testing.

How Has This Been Tested?
