Instrument MAPL Generic and Cap with these and added a report at the
end of the run.

Description

New memory profiling capability.

Related Issue

Motivation and Context

We want to know where memory is consumed in the model.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with C12 + Intel on discover.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Checklist:
