This brings in the non-zero diff Orbital parameters in the AGCM.rc. This also brings in a host of zero-diff changes to FP GEOSadas-5.29.4 as long as: i) orbital params are removed; and ii) no Spire observations are assimilated.
The following are the repo-s that change wrt to GEOSadas-5_29_4:
GMAO_Shared: mainly changes for GEOS-IT (zero-diffs)
MAPL: brings in ESMF regrid capabilities to allow history output to maintain range of variable within bounds (zero diff to restarts)
GEOSana_GridComp: setting for Spire RO (non-zero diffs when data is present); a host of changes for GEOS-IT (zero-diff wrt to FP).
GEOSgcm_GridComp: revise chem connectivity in Physics
GEOSchem_GridComp: revise precipitation connectivity
GOCART: settings for GEOS-IT
GEOSgcm_App: revised history options (deflate and regrid); orbital parameters in AGCM.rc
GEOSadas: orbital parameters in ensemble AGCM.rc and a myriad of GEOS-IT settings
Expect for the orbital parameters, the baseline experiment for this tag is x0046d.
