Unexpected multiple selection in item edit children list

Describe the bug
When adding new items, before save, and the name is duplicated - on select one of the item it will select all of them with this name

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

As usual

1. Go to this page
2. Add few new items with name "New Item"
3. Click on select one of the "New Item"
4. See all of them selected

Expected behavior
Must be selected only one item

Hum that should not be possible to put several time the same item as children. I have to check that...
