Handle paging in event log pages

Overview

In the same way it is done for instance for group composition (for instance, on this page as the usual user), add pagination to history pages:

• under the "history" tab on item page (observed or not)
• under the "Progress" section on a group you manage
• under the "Progress" tab on user you can see progresses or on your own user page

Acceptance criteria

• The http service must be adapted to handle pagination
• The 3 pages which use event logs should handle pagination ("load more" button)
