Ban message alludes to non-existent :appeal page

When a banned user tries to post, he'll get this message:

It looks like you were banned on all boards. This ban will last until: <TIME OF BAN>.
The reason for this ban is: «<REASON>».
If you'd like to appeal to your ban, go to the :appeal page.

":appeal" is not a link. If the appeal functionality doesn't exist, that extra text should be removed. If it exists, that should be a proper link.
